Pengaruh Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah,Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja dan Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2020-2024

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Mean Years of Schooling, Labor Force Participation Rate, and Labor Productivity on Economic Growth of Regencies/Cities in West Nusa Tenggara Province during 2020–2024. This research uses a quantitative associative approach with panel data regression analysis based on secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and processed using EViews 12. The results show that partially Mean Years of Schooling has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth, Labor Force Participation Rate has a positive and significant effect at the 10 percent level, and Labor Productivity has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect economic growth. The R² value of 0.217752 indicates that 21.77% of economic growth variation is explained by the model, while the remaining 78.23% is influenced by other factors outside the model.
