Manuscript Types

Unram Journal of Community Service (UJCS) publishes scholarly manuscripts that present the implementation, evaluation, innovation, and impact of community service programs across various disciplines.

The journal considers the following manuscript types:

1. Community Service Articles

Community Service Articles report the implementation and outcomes of community engagement programs, including training, mentoring, education, empowerment, and other initiatives designed to address community needs.

Manuscripts should clearly describe the community problems, program objectives, implementation methods, outcomes, and benefits for the target community.

2. Community Empowerment Articles

These articles focus on initiatives that strengthen community participation, independence, skills, institutional capacity, and sustainable development.

Authors should demonstrate the contribution of the program to improving community capabilities and addressing local challenges.

3. Technology and Innovation Application Articles

These articles describe the application and dissemination of science, technology, and innovative solutions to address practical community problems.

Manuscripts should explain the technology or innovation introduced, its implementation, community participation, and measurable benefits.

4. Community-Based Participatory Action Articles

These articles present collaborative activities involving community members as active participants in identifying problems, designing interventions, implementing programs, and evaluating outcomes.

Manuscripts should demonstrate meaningful community involvement and the practical significance of the intervention.

5. Community Service Program Evaluation Articles

These articles critically evaluate the effectiveness, outcomes, sustainability, or impact of community service initiatives.

Evaluation may employ quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods approaches and should provide evidence-based recommendations for future community programs.

6. Community Service Case Studies

Case Studies present detailed analyses of specific community service interventions, local development initiatives, or collaborative programs.

Manuscripts should offer transferable lessons, practical insights, and evidence of community benefits.
