Sudut Pandang Filsafat Ilmu Terhadap Perilaku Petani dalam Mengadopsi Teknologi Pasca Panen Kopi untuk Mendukung Pertanian Berkelanjutan

Abstract
Pertanian berkelanjutan menjadi salah satu solusi utama dalam menghadapi tantangan global seperti perubahan iklim, degradasi lahan, dan peningkatan kebutuhan pangan. Dalam konteks komoditas kopi, proses pasca panen memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kualitas produk dan nilai ekonomi yang dihasilkan. Namun, adopsi teknologi pasca panen oleh petani sering kali terhambat oleh faktor-faktor non-teknis, seperti pengetahuan lokal, nilai-nilai budaya, dan keyakinan filosofis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku petani dalam mengadopsi teknologi pasca panen kopi melalui sudut pandang filsafat ilmu. Menggunakan pendekatan epistemologi, ontologi, dan aksiologi, penelitian ini mengungkap bagaimana konstruksi pengetahuan, realitas sosial, dan nilai-nilai etis memengaruhi keputusan petani. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 30 petani kopi di Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat, serta observasi partisipatif selama enam bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tradisional masih dominan dibandingkan pengetahuan ilmiah, sementara realitas sosial dan nilai-nilai budaya memainkan peran signifikan dalam pembentukan perilaku petani. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan baru bagi pembuat kebijakan dan penyuluh pertanian untuk merancang strategi yang lebih inklusif dan berbasis konteks lokal guna mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan pentingnya integrasi perspektif filsafat ilmu dalam analisis perilaku petani untuk memahami kompleksitas adopsi teknologi.
