Abstract
Kepemimpinan partisipatif berasumsi bahwa proses pembuatan keputusan oleh kelompoklah yang seharusnya menjadi fokus utama kepemimpinan (Leithwood et,al., dalam Bush, 2008, hlm. 14). Model ini dilandasi pada asumsi : (1) untuk tujuan meningkatkan efektifitas organisasi, (2) harus dijalankan disekolah-sekolah yang disokong oleh nilai-nilai demokrasi, (3) menjadi penting dalam konteks manajemen berbasis sekolah dimana para stakeholder yang sah berbagi kepentingan (Purwanto et al., 2020). Jenis kegiatan yang telah dilakukan adalah penyuluhan terhadap kepala sekolah PAUD di Kota Mataram. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk mendesiminasikan hasil penelitian tentang model kepemimpinan partisipatif pada Lembaga pendidikan. Penyuluhan yang dilakukan adalah mensosialisasikan hasil penelitian kepada kepala sekolah untuk dapat diimplementasikan dalam tugas manajerial. Lokasi kegiatan dilaksanakan di kampus 2 Univeristas Mataram (Jalan Brawijaya seganteng Kota Mataram). Teknik kegiatan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi
