Integrasi Strategi Bisnis dan Sumber Daya Manusia: Implikasi terhadap Knowledge Capability dan Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana integrasi strategi bisnis dan manajemen sumber daya manusia strategis (SHRM) membentuk kapabilitas pengetahuan dan kinerja organisasi dalam lingkungan yang volatil, tidak pasti, kompleks, dan ambigu (VUCA). Menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis berdasarkan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), dua puluh artikel empiris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2009–2024 diseleksi dari basis data Scopus, Web of Science, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keselarasan vertikal antara strategi bisnis dan arsitektur SDM merupakan fondasi utama penguatan kapabilitas pengetahuan. Praktik SHRM meliputi rekrutmen berbasis nilai, pelatihan berorientasi masa depan, dan kompensasi berbasis inovasi terbukti memfasilitasi akuisisi, berbagi, dan aplikasi pengetahuan secara organisasional. Kapabilitas pengetahuan berperan sebagai mediator sentral yang menghubungkan input strategis dengan outcome kinerja, mencakup inovasi, efisiensi proses, resiliensi, dan kinerja keuangan. Faktor kontekstual seperti dinamika lingkungan dan budaya pembelajaran memoderasi kekuatan hubungan tersebut. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan perspektif Resource-Based View (RBV), Knowledge-Based View (KBV), dan Dynamic Capabilities sebagai kerangka teoretis, sekaligus menawarkan implikasi manajerial bagi pengembangan ekosistem organisasi berbasis pengetahuan.
